are you sure that azu hasn't been killed one the of last days and hasn't spawned yet?
The spirit is always there, even when azuregos has been killed!
it should always be present yes...
if you still cant find it, i suggest that you page a GM
He is walking around azshara, on the same path as azuregos.
Are you sure you didnt just miss him?
my m8 had the same problem...dunno what HE did ...azu spawned, and from there i dont know what else went on

btw after 1.11 you have to be dead to speak to Spirit of Azuregus so kill your self up there and you will find him hehe - damn patch
