    How the Shaman was created:


    There was once a kid who went to blizzard,


    He said,
    "I want 2 be an ubar tank?!11", and Blizzard gave him shield and mail


    He said,
    "lolo I wunt 2 be a maege 2", and Blizzard gave him instant nukes


    He said,
    "I wanth 2 hael", and Blizzard gave him heals


    He said,
    "but WTF? Druids getz formz so ken i tu plxz?", and Blizzard gave him wolf form


    He said,
    "OMGLOLOL, my heals r not teh instantz", and Blizzard gave him nature's swift


    He said,
    "OMG but warriorz r teh hit so hard wit teh weaponz?", And Blizzard gave him Windfury


    He said,
    "BUT TETZ NO FAIRZ, teh enemyz r having pewerful bufforz?", And Blizzard gave him an instant low mana cast Purge


    He said,
    "K BUT I STILL KENT kite 4ever lyk teh OMG?", and Blizzard made the frostshock effect last longer than the cooldown


    So the kid went on killing lowbies, shouting "WTFLOLOL PWND n00Bz0Rs" and using /spit.
    After 7 hours of corpse camping, something terrible happened! A bunch of level 60 alliance guys managed to kill the shaman!


    The kid went to the Blizzard God and said,
    "OMGWTF, I R TEH DIEDZ BT I DUNT WUNT 2 do teh corpze runzors? i die lyk wtf i shundnt ROFL!"", And Blizzard gave him a self rez with no sickness


    And so the shaman class was born.

    Tjo.. Shamans er vel overpowerd, men hvis du ser i forhold til Paladins, kan de ikke gøre noget.. Og hvis de kan, så vis mig en film hvor en shaman owner en pala, for det har jeg ik set endnu

    De er syge nok på close range, men hvis man angriber først med feks. hunter kan de ikke så meget. Bare nogle viperstings og de færdige, men det samme gælder for paladins, de er dårlige warriors efter et par viperstings.

    S: Hmm ... leather? No, i want something better! I want mail armor!
    F: Hmm Okay, mail armor it is and you can place various Totems aswell.
    S: Err ... what do these Totems do?
    F: Well, they can heal or make damage or they make your armor stronger and they'll work for your whole group.
    S: So, how many do I have?
    F: 20 diffrent, bur you can only use one at a time.
    S: Two
    F: No, One
    S: Three
    F: You want to piss me off? I said One.
    S: Four
    F: Get OUT!!
    S: Mom?
    F: Four is fine ... Cookie?
    S: Yeah, and I want to do magic!
    F: But you have already a two handed weapon, four totems and ...
    S: MOM !?!?
    F: ... you can do magic, 1.5 second casts
    S: Instant!
    F: No, that would be unfair ...
    S: INSTANT or else ...
    F: Okay ... no problem, instant.
    S: So what can the other character classes do?
    F: The others? Well, fighting, spell casting, healing ...
    S: I want to heal!
    F: Good, you can
    S: Thanks
    F: Now please leave me working and go watch TV or something ...
    S: So what can I do if somebody runs away from me?
    F: Hmm ... yes ... here, frost shock, now he is slower, and now please ...
    S: How long does the frost shock remain?
    F: 3 seconds
    S: And how often can I cast it?
    F: Every 6 seconds
    S: And in between?
    F: You got to give your enemies at least a little chance ...

    F: K... Lightning Shield, and now PISS OFF!!
    S: And what if somebody shoots with a bow at me?
    F: Then the Shield also works for Bows and now, please please please leave me alone
    S: And what if somebody casts magic $!@% at me?
    F: Well, you can fight, do magic yourself, heal ....
    S: I want something that eliminates the next incoming cast
    F: ...well ... i've just been working on the Totems anyway ... here you have a Grounding Totem
    S: And what if he heals himself?
    F: Well you cant do anything about that ...
    S: Mmmmmmaaaaaa ....
    F: Earth Shock, Instant ... anything else?
    S: And what if he is buffed? I want also Buffs
    F: Here... Wind Fury, should be enough ...
    S: But my enemies should not have any buffs ....
    F: But you can buff, heal, magic, stop magic, two handed weapons ....
    S: I WANT
    F: Not in this tone with me!
    S: MAAAAMAAAA
    F: Purge ... Purge is Good. Well it was designed for Warlocks but okay ... Purge.
    S: And if someone is poisoning me?
    F: You just use the Poison cleaning totem

    F: Underwater breathing is still available

    F: YOU CAN USE TWO-HANDED WEAPONS, WEAR MAIL ARMOR, CARRY SHIELDS, CAST
    MAGIC STUFF, PREVENT MAGIC STUFF FROM OTHERS, HEAL, INSTANT CASTS,
    TOTEMS, DEBUFF ENEMIES, CHANGE YOURSELF INTO A WOLF, FREEZE ENEMIES,

    Sjovt nok, så er det altid de skide OMG WTF LOLO BLAAH n00bs der render rundt og bitcher over at shamans er overpowered, bare fordi de får tæsk hele tiden.. og ja, spiller selv shaman.


    Shaman er universel, det er styrken efter min mening. Før i tiden var det jo rogues der fik hug hele tiden for at være overpowered.


    Det er bare dårlige tabere der hyler op. Som man siger, tomme tønder larmer mest.

    Fair nok, jeg kan ikke se den? Hvis det ikke bare var de dårlige tabere der altid hyler op, hvorfor har Blizzard så ikke taget nogle af store assets fra shamans med de seneste patches?

    Jeg synes shamans er owerpowered i forhold til Paladins. Hvorfor sammenligne? Selvfølgelig sammenligner man de 2 da det er forkskellen på horde / alliance (groft sagt).


    Du siger sikkert nej nej paladins vinder altid over shamans, men hvorfor læser man og oplever det modsatte dag efter dag i de mere erfarne forums som US WOW Forum hehe?.


    Shamans er ikke overpowered, Torque taber sikkert altid i solo og gruppe pvp :D

    Fordi de fleste Game Mastere spiller shamans ;-)


    Ligesom rogues er det den nemmeste class og lad det bare blive derved. Ellers kan nytilkomne børn jo ikke finde ud af det hehe


    Jeg taber sku altid i pvp, og det har bestemt ikke noget med min char at gøre. Det hænder da at jeg prygler en warrior, men ellers får jeg næsten altid klø. Det er en ærlig sag.


    Det er belastende at læse på alle wow forums om folk der hyler op om at class X er overpowered og class Y ikke er tilstrækkelig osv - når man står frit stillet til at vælge den char man har lyst til. Ellers skulle alle hylerne tage smide en mail til Blizzard, i håb om at det ville gøre en forskel. Det andet er bare til grin.
