With regard to a problem with punkbuster updates during LAN play:

This may be caused if punkbuster is trying to update itself with an incorrectly
configured firewall or unavailable internet connection.
Det er sjovt. Efter jeg installere 1.2, så var der ingen lyd i mit spil. Virkede fint i Windows, men intet i FC. Gik ind i sound options, og der var lyd kvalitets menuen grå, så antager den ikke kan finde mit lydkort. Er ved at geninstallere.
Læste lige den txt.-fil der også var på siden. Der står noget om at man skal prøve at slå EAX-sound fra inde i options, hvis der er problemer med lyden. Fik dog kun læst det løst. Kig evt. under "issues" el. troubleshooting.
Det er et generelt problem, hvilket man tydeligt kan se på forummet. Det bliver dog løst ved en geninstalling af spillet, og så ind med 1.2.

Okay - så langt er jeg ikke kommet Har heller ikke fået hentet den endnu. Tror jeg venter et par dage - til "stormen er løjet af" - de mirrors der var, havde alle overskredet traffic-grænsen.

A64 er da understøttet, Far Cry skulle ovenikøbet være optimeret til A64.
Men 64-bit understøttelse skal du ikke regne med at se før WinXP 64-bit er på gaden.
Det siger næsten sig selv.
