min lillebror har fået epic mickey i fødselsdags gave og han vil selvfølig gerne spille det, men problemet er at vi ikke kan få det til at virke. Vi får bare updated failed lige så snart vi sætter skive i og vil køre den system update den vil lave Vi kan hellere ikke hente updatering så får vi error code 32004...
Nogle der ved hvordan vi fixer det her. Det er en sort wii på 4.2e som ikke har været softmodded

Lyder lidt mystisk - kører selv 4.2e og den kører spillet fint - fra min harddisk tilmed. Jeg spørger da lige omkring.

Fandt détte på Gamespot forumet. "Turn off your wii, turn it back on, go to "test connection" in the wii settings menu, and then after it's done testing it'll ask you to update and should work fine."
Ifølge et par sider er fejlen symptom på at den trådløse forbindelse til din router ikke fungerer ordentligt - enten pga. firewall eller dårligt signal.

Hmm... jeg ville foreslå dig at lave en offline update - men den slags er jo kun for Homebrew Wii's.
Fandt et andet indlæg, som får mig til at tænke at det måske er Nintendo selv du skal snakke med.
Of course the description of error codes from Nintendo and elsewhere couldn't be more vague if they tried, so I sent their customer support department an email last Friday (7 days ago) and didn't receive as much as an automated acknowledgement of my email. Personal Tip: Don't waste your time emailing Nintendo for support. So I rang their 0870 number just now, did the usual "Press x for this department, press y for that section", etc, and got through within 10 minutes. I described the problem to the helpful woman, who understandably double-checked a few things I'd done (anyone who's done support knows that the majority of callers declare they've done everything before calling).
With all other wifi settings being correct, it turns out that Error Code 32004 means that there is a problem with the Wii unit itself (flash ROM, networking chip, or something). The support person advised me to either return it to the place where I bought it (Play) for a replacement or to Nintendo directly for replacement - either place will test it first, then replace it. She told me that Nintendo currently have a 7 day turnaround time (probably doesn't include postage time), so I chose the Play route as I figure they'll be quicker.
